Psychotherapy

Individual therapy: for you who want to improve your relationship with yourself, getting to know yourself in depth, to be able to overcome any traumatic event that has happened to you, to embrace your past or simply to become your safe place.

Transference-Focused Therapy: Especially indicated for patients diagnosed with Personality Disorder or people with interpersonal problems that are making it difficult for them to relate to themselves and the world, and who want to begin to understand themselves better, to know what their limitations and strengths are, in order to lead a functional, adapted and calm life.

Systemic or Family Therapy: For people with family difficulties who wish to improve their relationship with their loved ones and, therefore, with themselves.

If you decide to work with us, what will the process be like?

1. You will have an initial 50-minute visit with one of our professionals, whether it’s a more medical approach (Psychiatry) or more focused on therapy (Psychology). During this visit, we will gather all the necessary information to fully evaluate your case and propose an appropriate follow-up and treatment plan.

Sometimes, a single visit will provide a diagnosis (if that’s what you need), but other times, more visits will be necessary to provide a more accurate diagnosis.

Even so, this shouldn’t be the primary goal; your functional recovery should be.

If you’re not sure if we can help you, you can schedule a 20-minute initial call where you can tell us what’s happening to you, and we can guide you toward what you need.

2. If you need pharmacological treatment, don’t worry, you’ll receive the prescription in your email.

3. You will schedule follow-up appointments based on the therapeutic plan and with the professional we have agreed upon, always discussing this with you beforehand so we can organize it together.

A deep 8-week therapeutic approach to return to yourself and improve your relationships. Specifically aimed at adolescents suffering from anxiety, emotional instability, or recurring family conflicts, and adults seeking a deeper therapeutic process beyond quick fixes. How do we work together?

8 individual online sessions, one per week, lasting 50 minutes each.
Comprehensive methodology: We combine TFP with Systemic Family Therapy, addressing both your inner world and your environment.

Direct support and contact between sessions: We also care about you after the sessions, providing WhatsApp contact for questions, follow-up, or brief support.
Benefit of a family session: We believe that the external world and your significant relationships are very important for your well-being, which is why one of the sessions will be with a significant family member or the entire family system.
If you book this program with us, we will give you an emotional regulation guide, created by us, where you will find resources to achieve your emotional well-being.

Family Bridges

In-depth support for families with an adolescent or young adult in crisis. We offer a comprehensive therapeutic space that works with both the patient and their parents or caregivers, building bridges of communication and understanding during difficult times.

How do we work together?

  1. 6 individual sessions with the adolescent or young adult (one per week, 50 minutes each) where we provide specialized therapy tailored to the specific needs of our patient, plus 3 sessions with the parent or both: every two weeks we hold 50-minute sessions dedicated to family support, offering specific guidance and helping parents better understand the process their child is going through. These sessions provide practical tools to improve communication and conflict management at home.
    In addition, we offer support via WhatsApp to answer brief questions or provide timely support in times of crisis. This communication channel ensures that families do not feel alone during the therapeutic process, having access to professional guidance when they need it most.
  2. Benefits of combined work: We work simultaneously with the adolescent and their family environment because we understand that no profound change occurs in isolation. This systemic approach allows us to address both individual symptoms and the relational dynamics that may be contributing to the crisis.
  3. We create safe spaces where each family member can express themselves freely, feel understood, and receive the necessary emotional support. Through this process, we facilitate the building of bridges of communication, help them rethink boundaries, and generate new ways of relating that foster the growth and well-being of everyone involved.
